Road to Wimbledon Tournament!

This years 14 and under road to Wimbledon tournament will take place on the 9th March.   This fun tournament is also the qualifying event for the County Finals which also take place at the club.   The winner of that event will play in the national finals at Wimbledon!   The tournament will start at 12:30pm and will finish at 4pm approx.   We will be playing a round robin format with all the box matches to be played on the day and the final to be played on a separate date.   The entry fee is £4.50 per player.   There is a girls event and a boys event and it is for children aged 14 & under during 2008.   If you are interested call Sam on 07780 786401
 

Box Leagues!

Aged 12-17.   Join our junior club box league.   You arrange the time and format of your games and record the score on the coaching notice board!   Prizes for the box winners!   Ed Lush is the current champion.   Sign up with Brian on 07930 454764.   No more than 5 matches in a 6 week period.
 

National Junior Club League Teams!

Fancy playing in some team matches for the club against local opposition?   Each team needs 4 players with one acting as captain to play matches during March/April/May.   The ages for the boys team 12u, 14u, 16u and 18u.   The girls teams are 12u + 16u.   So if you are interested let Brian or Sam before the 18th Feb.

Mini Tennis Fun Tournament!

Following the success of the Christmas Mini Tournament Sam will be holding another Mini Tournament on Saturday 15th March it starts at 11:00am and finishes at 1:30pm approx.   There are plenty of prizes to win, the minimum age for entry is 6yrs old.   The entry fee is £4.50 per player.   These tournaments are very good fun giving children a chance to play matches and gain experience in a fun environment and a chance to socialise with the other children in the programme.   To enter your child call Sam on 07780 786401
